The form below can be used to enter your Choral School Registration Form information. This form saves us some typing and reduces the possiblity that we mistype your name or address.

Please note, your registration is not complete until we receive your $150 deposit check. Regardless of whether you register electronically or mail in a hard copy, requests for single housing will be honored by the date in which we receive your check.

You will receive an email confirmation when we receive the information you submit through our on-line form below. You will receive a printed confirmation via snail mail when we receive your check. Please indicate the name of the participant on the check. View costs below
